Production worker

Responsibilities:- Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner

- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency

- Follow production schedules and deadlines to meet production goals

- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Assist with packaging and shipping of finished products

- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

- Communicate any issues or concerns to the production manager

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow

- Perform other duties as assigned by the production manager

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a production environment preferred

- Ability to operate production machinery and equipment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
